Houston Roots
Like all of Circa Real Estate’s agents, Rob loves Houston. He knows the best places to eat, the most popular events, and all the local home trends – and he’s not shy about telling the world about his great finds on Instagram. His knowledge of all things Houston is partly a result of his long roots in the city. Rob grew up in the Memorial area of West Houston and has lived within the Inner Loop for over 20 years! His extensive knowledge of areas like the Heights and First Ward is due in part to the fact that he has lived in, worked, or spent significant time in these communities. This gives Rob a unique edge in strategically marketing homes and helping buyers find “the one.”
A Love for Homes
Having renovated a number of homes over the years, Rob has firsthand experience in the considerations investors face when evaluating a property. He also knows about the sweat and detail that go into new construction projects. Just one small detail can make a world of difference to a client, and Rob keeps this at top of mind in every transaction.
Rob’s interest in real estate – and historic homes, especially – soared after he built and sold two luxury properties in the Heights. He credits his move to becoming an agent to his experiences with renovation and building. “It’s a logical progression,” says Rob. “My knowledge of construction really helps me bring a unique mix to the table in real estate.”
However, just because Rob is a real estate agent doesn’t mean that he’s given up renovating! He’s currently restoring a 1900s home in historic First Ward with his partner.

Another thing Rob is known for in the Houston community? His warm personality and dedication to assisting buyers and sellers. He leaves no questions unanswered and gives his clients the undivided attention that they deserve.
