Need a Hot Meal? Harold’s Has Your Back

The coronavirus has certainly thrown us all for a loop, hasn’t it? Stores are closing, events are getting canceled, and restaurants have shut down. While there are many take-out options still available, we want to give you the scoop on one of our favorites: Harold’s.

Free Delivery, Take-Out, or Curbside Pick-up

That’s right. Harold’s is helping to keep Houston fed by offering free delivery, take-out, or curbside pick-up to all customers within a 3-mile radius. The service runs from 11 AM ‘til 8 PM. All orders must be called in to 713-360-6204 or submitted via their webpage.

To those stuck at home, you’ll be glad to know that Harold’s has a permit to deliver beer, wine, and spirits right to your front door alongside food purchases. Want to drink a glass of white, snuggled up in your bathrobe with a cat purring obliviously in your lap? Sounds amazing, and you can! No judgment here.

Harold’s is even running a special deal right now – any customer who orders $50 or more of food on a curbside pick-up order will get a $20 gift certificate! That is a huge savings! Just because Harold’s isn’t offering dine-in options right now doesn’t mean that patrons must forego meal specials, either. The restaurant’s current special includes a 12” pizza, harvest green salad, and a full bottle of house red or white wine for only $45.

Our local small businesses do so much to add to our communities, and Harold’s impact on the Heights cannot be overstated. Due to COVID-19, small businesses are hurting right now, and really need our help. If you plan on visiting Harold’s once life returns to normal, you can make a huge difference by simply purchasing a gift card now for use later. A small act such as this can give Harold’s, and other local establishments, much-needed extra time to navigate the strange, dark waters we all suddenly find ourselves in.

Please keep safe and love each other. We Houstonians are strong and have weathered many storms together. As they say, this too shall pass.
