Divine Designers

Hello, May! The last month of Spring is our favorite time of the year. School is almost out, Houston’s weather is still tolerable, drinks on the patio, the list goes on and on. Around the house, the annual round of Spring Cleaning has been completed. Now comes the fun: Updating your decor! If we are preparing to list a home, moving into a new place, or just grow tired of our current interiors, we often turn to local bloggers and interior designers. Here are a few designers we like to work with, draw inspiration from, and admire!

Caroline Bower Lawrence Designs

Caroline Bower Lawrence

One of Circa Real Estate’s most beloved designer is Caroline Bower Lawrence. Houston-based designer Lawrence’s services range from consultations, restyling, or a complete refresh of the home or workplace. Her approach for each client is specifically curated to their budget and needs.

Caroline’s career began in Chicago, working as a buyer and merchandiser for large Fortune 500 companies. With a keen understanding of design, textiles, and commerce, Caroline’s career as a merchant took her all over the world. With international travel came a new love and appreciation for other cultures and their influences in style and design.

Circa Realtors® love working with Caroline for many reasons, including her knowledge in current trends within fashion and home decor. She has the ability to effortlessly mix higher end pieces, family heirlooms, and more affordable trendy pieces. The juxtaposition of mixing vintage or flea market finds with modern pieces is one of Caroline’s favorite home decor principles.

Caroline strives to seamlessly blend functionality and creativity to complement each client’s distinctive lifestyle.  She prides herself on being able to work within all budgets as well. Caroline is located in the Heights and works with commercial, residential, and real estate.

Paloma and her business partner Devon Leidtke have been working together for the last few years at the design firm, where they discovered they share a passion for handmade items that tell a story. Says Paloma, “We are just cut from a very similar cloth. We have a really similar aesthetic and we are frequently on the same wavelength.” With Devon’s experience in retail and merchandising and a similar eye for design, the pair make quite a team.
