We love the Heights, and it would seem the Heights loves us back. We’re so honored to announce that Circa Real Estate was again chosen as a NextDoor Neighborhood Favorite, an honor given to only 1% of local businesses. This recognition is based on votes and personal recommendations from neighbors in Houston! We were thrilled to get this award in 2018, and even more touched to receive it two years running.
Neighborhood Favorites is a NextDoor initiative to highlight the local businesses preferred by NextDoor users, who largely use the platform to get recommendations from neighbors for contractors, restaurants, and other small businesses. NextDoor introduced Neighborhood Favorites in 2017, allowing members to vote for their most-loved businesses from a list of companies that had been mentioned in NextDoor conversations frequently.
Our agents don’t just come to work in the Heights. We live here too, shop at the First Saturday Arts Market, send our kids to Heights schools, and frequent the same restaurants, boutiques, and salons that you know and love. Circa sponsors community events and gets involved because it’s our home, and we can’t imagine being anywhere else. Being personally connected helps our agents stay informed and on the pulse of what’s going on in the Heights, and that helps us serve our clients better. When we sell a home, we’re not just closing a business deal, we’re welcoming a new neighbor into our community.
