The humbly-named Best Damn Food Truck Festival Ever will take place this Saturday at NRG Park from 4:00-9:00. At least thirty food trucks will be featured, including creole, coffee and pastries, gourmet donuts, fancy burgers and loaded fries, and more varieties of tacos than you can shake a stick at. An entry ticket will get you unlimited samples from each truck, but the entry price does not include beverages, so bring some extra cash if you want to get a beer or two.
In addition to endless culinary options, the Best Damn Food Truck Festival Ever will feature live music and entertainment. Luther and the Healers, Colonial Blue, the Dead Kings, Nathien, and Mississippi Rail Company will all perform throughout the day. Kids under five are free but tickets for adults will run you $36. Not a bad price at all for the best food truck festival the world has ever seen!
