19th Street Sip and Stroll

Tonight will mark the inaugural edition of the Third Thursday Sip and Stroll event on 19th Street, hosted by the merchants of 19th Street. Since Halloween is just around the corner, tonight’s theme will be “Sip and Scare,” with treats for the kids and cocktails for the adults. Harold’s Restaurant and Tap Room will host a costume contest at 8:00 pm and award prizes to the winners, with local celebrities as judges.

The festivities will take place on 19th Street stretching from Shepherd to Yale from 5:00-9:00 tonight. While the costume contest is a one-time thing, Sip and Stroll will be a monthly event held on the third Thursday evening of each month, so no worries if you aren’t able to make it tonight. Shopping, cocktails, and being outside in the fall weather? I’m not sure we can think of a better way to enjoy the company of our neighbors!

Sip and Stroll is sponsored by Jubilee, Retropolis, Bliss on 19th, Dramatika Custom Framing, Venus Hair Houston, Squared Away, Emerson Rose, Harold’s Restaurant & Tap Room, The Lift, Manready Mercantile, Edward Jones – Financial Advisor: Cathy Peveto, Boomtown Coffee, Thread Houston, Jumper Maybach, AG Antiques on West 19th, Erica DelGardo Jewelry Designs, Boomtown Coffee, Thread Houston, Big Blue Whale, Shade Heights, and Vinal Edge Records.
